Noah Centineo is headed to Wall Street. The 24-year-old actor is set to star in an upcoming Netflix movie focused on the surge in GameStop stock, PEOPLE confirms. Oscar-winning screenwriter Mark Boal (The Hurt Locker, Zero Dark Thirty) will write the screenplay, according to Deadline. The film will center on the ongoing battle between hedge funds and the amateur Reddit traders who caused GameStop stock to skyrocket to more than 1,700 percent last week through investing apps like Robinhood. Last month, Redditors encouraged each other to buy stock in the beloved video game store, which drove up the price of the company's stocks. Hedge fund companies were betting the stock would go down but then regular investors' interest in the stocks caused prices to surged meaning hedge funds lost billions of dollars. The actor will also star in the upcoming films Black Adam opposite Dwayne Johnson and Masters of the Universe as He-Man.

Actress Katherine Heigl says being labeled a "difficult" and "ungrateful" actor impacted both her professional and personal life. In the early 2000s with her small-screen success on “Grey’s Anatomy” and big screen wins with films like “Knocked Up," "27 Dresses” and “The Ugly Truth.” Heigl’s outspoken nature earned her a reputation as a "difficult" actor. Now, she’s reflecting on that problematic label and how it has impacted her life offscreen. “I may have said a couple of things you didn’t like, but then that escalated to ‘she’s ungrateful,’ then that escalated to ‘she’s difficult,’ and that escalated to ‘she’s unprofessional,’” Heigl explained in an interview with The Washington Post. “What is your definition of difficult? Somebody with an opinion that you don’t like? Now, I’m 42, and that pisses me off.” Her husband, singer-songwriter Josh Kelley, told the publication that “If she said (some of it) today, she’d be a hero.” Heigl stars in the Netflix series Firefly Lane.
